I usually save my recipes for Tuesdays, but a reader emailed me this one yesterday. This sounds disgusting...still gonna give it a try! It received excellent reviews. One person claimed adding tomato and bacon makes it even better. Baby steps for me. I'll report back in the comment box sometime this weekend after I give it a go.

I must be strong. I need to take my butt up to the store and get some lettuce and just get it over with already.
