Test Kitchen

Every Saturday I'll try out a new recipe...you'll see the good and the bad of it.

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever
http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/The-Best-Unbaked-Cherry-Cheesecake-Ever/Detail.aspx

Description: This recipe is wonderful to make with kids. There's not much to it, and the kids can help every easy step of the way. As you can see, I substituted strawberries. Oh yeah...it tastes pretty good as well. This dessert is solid, easy, and quick.

Recipe Difficulty (Scale of 1-10): 1
If 0 was an option, this recipe would be a 0. It doesn't get any easier. Buying a pre-made crust is the difference-maker.

How it turned out: Good...borderline great
This dessert isn't earth shattering, but in a pinch, it works out quite nicely. It's also easy to make a couple at one time and just top with different fruits.

Would I make again: Without a doubt
This is just a great recipe to keep in the arsenal. Kids love making and eating it. There's also not much clean up afterward.
